Welcome!
SoftExpert Copilot combines artificial intelligence (AI) innovation with the excellence of SoftExpert Suite's products and processes.
Through the Integration center, it is possible to configure APIs that connect to SoftExpert Suite and to use the system's features, which include:
- Creating content using the AI agent;
- Summarizing, improving, simplifying, expanding, or adapting texts with AI commands, as well as adjusting tone and style as necessary;
- Prompting intelligent recommendations for records by means of the With AI agent feature.
With SoftExpert Copilot, it is also possible to orchestrate various services in an integrated manner, such as creating workflows by combining different AI capabilities in order to meet specific needs.

- SoftExpert Copilot is available exclusively to customers who use the SoftExpert platform in the cloud.
- It is not necessary to purchase additional licenses for other products in order to access the artificial intelligence resources integrated into SoftExpert Suite. In case of any doubts or if you wish to migrate to the cloud, contact your account manager.
- To ensure the AI resources function correctly, it is necessary that the AI features permission be enabled. To configure it, go to: Configuration > Access group (CM011) > Other permissions > AI features.
- As of SoftExpert Suite version 2.2.4, SoftExpert Copilot consumption occurs by means of credits. For more information, contact our sales team.
